Take a breath with me, Reader...this one is for you. It's December. The year is winding down. And everywhere you turn, someone is asking: What are your goals? What's your plan? What are you going to DO? But I want to ask a different question. Who are you choosing to be in the new year? Not: What are you going to accomplish? Not: What are you going to build or fix or finally get right? Who you choose to be shapes every relationship in your life... especially the one closest to you. What are you going to choose for yourself… for your heart… for your relationship… that deepens the life you're already living? Because here's what I've learned after 30 years of walking with people through their most intimate life experiences: Most people don’t need another resolution. They need permission to stop performing and start practicing. They need a container where the truth can be told. Where old patterns can soften. Where love gets to be more than just functional… it gets to be alive. Your relationship isn't broken. It's asking for more depth. More presence. More truth. More of you. And if you've been feeling that pull… if something in you is ready to go deeper… then I want to tell you about three pathways I’ve created: The Sacred Journey Into Intimacy: 6-Month Couples ImmersionFor the past three years, my facilitation partner, Leslie Grace, and I have been guiding couples through a one-day journey that opens hearts, shifts nervous systems, and helps people remember who they are to each other.
