Take a breath with me Reader… this one matters. A couple of weeks ago, I filled out an online relationship survey from one of the most trusted voices in the “relationship field” and discovered… my relationship is “broken”! What?!!! Then I dug a bit more and learned that all of the possible results gave the same message: I don’t see relationships this way. Most of the time, nothing’s “wrong”… it’s just time to reset… to reset stories, patterns, boundaries, agreements. A reset (whether you’re currently in a relationship or not) helps you re-center, let your nervous system catch up with your life, and remember the relationship you actually want to be in… and the person you actually want to be inside it.
